BEGINNERS
Our beginners class is designed for first timers (no prior experience needed). This course is where you will learn all pole foundation moves including correct hand grip, pole spins and climbs over the course of 8 weeks. Each week we revise what was taught in the previous week and continuously add on new moves. At the end of the course we combine the new skills you have learnt and put them into a short routine.
INTERMEDIATE 1
To book into this level you will have successfully completed a Beginners course. Intermediate 1 builds on those foundation moves to create fun combos! In this 8 week we focus on moves such as our inverts (going upside down), layout, hello boys, caterpillars, straddles and so much more!
INTERMEDIATE 2
Intermediate 2 is where we step things up! By now you are comfortable with inverts and are ready for the next challange! We focus on nailing those inside and outside leg hangs, our Kings and Queens, flags and baby butterfly! This is a jam packed level!
INTERMEDIATE 3
You've now completed around 6 months of pole dancing and spend most of the class up the pole! By now we probably see you more than once a week! If we don't, it might be time to jump into another pole class to really build that upper body and core strength. In this course we start working on our shoulder mount prep, jamilla, straight leg layback and cupids!
INTERMEDIATE 4
Intermediate 4 we start working on some of those flexy moves like allegra, baby jade and extended butterfly as well as working towards those aerial straddles and inverts. It is highly recommended that you compliment your training with a weekly stretch class.
PRE ADVANCED
We are really focusing on building up that core strength as we work towards achieving our static V and brass monkey. We will also work on new grips such as forearm and cup grip.
We start to see an increase to the level of move difficulty in Pre Advanced and highly recommend that you book into two pole classes a week. This ensures that your foundation moves are rock solid whilst you continue to build on your strength and flexibility.
ADVANCED
You are now the definition of a pole addict and we LOVE IT! We highly recommend that by now you are booked into at least two pole classes a week and/or fitness or stretch class. We are now starting to work on strength moves such as our aerial shoulder mounts, sneaky V's, hand springs in all grips and entries and some basic flip moves. We are also working on our flexy moves such as jade splits, plus signs and more!
HEELS DANCE
It's time to strap on those heels and let loose for DANCE!
We have two styles of dance on offer, one which incorporates the pole and the other which requires no pole at all!
So there is something for everyone!
BOXFIT
Looking to tone up and build muscle in your upper body? Look no futher as this class is for you! This is a boxing class where we focus on technique and combos, you'll be sure to workup a sweat!
BOOTCAMP
This is a full body workout, ideal for anyone looking to to lose weight, build strength and tone up. There will be a mixture of class workouts from HIIT sessions, circuit training to isolated muscle groups (abs and glutes). There is something for everyone and a favourite of ours!
